Metcom is registered with the Canadian Radio-Television & Telecommunications Commission (C.R.T.C.). Metcom Billing

Our billing has been structured and designed with one basic objective, " The customer must be able to understand and easily verify the accuracy of all the charges".

The monthly statement includes all the necessary information we have come to expect from the telephone company.

Metcom's business long distance statement will outline all your direct-dialed long distance calls, faxes, and calling card transmissions. The cost of each call will be reflected under both the Bell and Metcom columns in order to highlight the exact Bell cost and the discounted Metcom cost for each call. Our summary simply totals the cost of all your calls and applies the constant discount your company qualifies for.

Alternatively, Metcom can provide you with a statement reflecting a series of fixed per minute rates to specific areas.

If control of your long distance telecommunications expenses is important, you may direct us to include free of charge a series of 2 to 4 account codes which will authorize the long distance calling activities of your employees.

Metcom's 1-800 statement outlines and includes all the familiar call detail information you have come to expect from the telephone company. Once again Metcom applies your company's constant discount to determine your savings.

Customized Discount Programs

Private Label

METCOM has developed a number of major private label long distance programs on behalf of a national retailer, school boards, professional associations and a variety of not-for-profit
organizations. Objectives for such programs can range from fundraising to customer loyalty. METCOM assumes responsibility for the development, implementation and administration of each
branded program in the strictest confidentiality.

Sharing Groups

Metcom is able to act as the administrator of major sharing groups. A sharing group is formed when a company and it's distributors or an association and it's members are interested to pool their long distance expenditures in order to realize improved discounts for each participating companies or members.

All activities in relation to the development, implementation, customization and operation of the program are handled by Metcom.
