Or mail your cheque to METCOM in our self- addressed envelope. A copy of each of the Residential, Commercial and 800 Number application forms are enclosed for your convenience. For your convenience we also have Online Residential, Online Commercial, Online 800, and Online Calling Card application forms. Just fill out the application form you desire and fax it to George or Audrey at 905-201-6811 fax on 24 hrs a day) or you may mail it to the address on the letterhead.
