Walking is the most fundamental human movement and also something that connects the whole body to the mind. The way our foot hits the ground as you walk is as unique as your signature. In reality, walking involves more than you might think and when your back, knees, ankles for feet hurt, you hurt all over. The trail started when you decided you had to do something about it, or your health care provider prescribed custom made orthotics for you to wear. Our orthotics are constructed from specific materials which include specific design features to eliminate one or more specific ailments, such as heel pain, low back pain, calluses, bunions and hammertoes. Orthotics are intended to capture, realign and position your foot in the anatomically correct position. This special position enhances shock absorption, improves muscle function and limits the determining forces that could lead to more permanent damage.
