To order the Genomic Testing Kit
Follow these easy instructions to collect the cheek cell specimens using the swabs provided in the kit. Open the sealed kit, take out all three swabs. Hold them in the air. One at a time, take each swab and scrub the inside of the cheek of the mouth for 20 seconds. Place the used swab in the coloured envelope. Do this for all three swabs. Complete all the requested information provided in the kit. Seal it in the self addressed envelope and mail it immediately in the self addressed envelope or drop it off at any of the addresses listed here. Cost is $450 per person.
