Position: Radiology Faculty – Part or Full Time. The Department of Diagnostic Imaging provides students with the academic and practical skills to produce and give diagnostic interpretation of radiographs. Radiation protection and
radiobiology are stressed. Students are oriented to the role of diagnostic radiology in patient evaluations and its importance in chiropractic practice.
Reporting to the Director of Education, we are currently accepting applications for a faculty member to
teach in the department of Diagnostic Imaging. The faculty member will be required to instruct students in diagnostic imaging interpretation, radiation physics and protection, and x-ray positioning. We
are seeking qualified applicants to teach the following courses:
- Fundamentals of Radiography DI1102, 15 hours lecture, 24 hours lab, 13.5 hours coordination
- Diagnostic Imaging for Chiropractic Practice II, DI 2201, 108 hours lab
- Radiological Technology DI 3301, 23 hours lecture, 176 hours lab, 33.75 hours coordination
- Diagnostic Imaging for Chiropractic Practice III, DI3302, 72 hours lab
- Advanced Imaging, D I4401, 30 hours lecture and 22.5 hours coordination

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic or Medical Doctor.
- Diplomate, American Chiropractic Board of Radiology (DACBR) or Medical Radiology Board certification.
- Advanced Imaging experience.
- Ability to prepare and/or contribute to the development of course outlines, learning objectives and
assessment tools in their area of instruction.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting classroom or clinical instruction based upon the learning objectives
set out in the relevant course outline(s); willing to attend CMCC’s Teacher Education Program.
